Information we collect
We collect the account details you give us (name, email, company), the content you submit for processing (text, audio, documents) and basic usage data such as feature usage and error reports.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service, generate the audio you request, support your account, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Voice models and generated audio
Voice models you create belong to your workspace and are not shared with other customers or used to serve other accounts. You can request deletion of a voice model at any time.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate and support the service.
Retention
We keep content for as long as your account needs it. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it from active systems and from backups on our normal backup cycle.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sonicvanta.com and we'll handle the request.
